Self love yoga's main focus is connecting with your body, listening to your own wisdom & inner knowing. integrating mind, body, breath, postures, spirit and dash of self love to create a blissful harmony within.
With each posture/Asana I invite you to be your true authentic guide and accepting of your body's sacred uniqueness and honour it's individual need and wants. Bring your own individuality to your mat.
I will be guiding but you have complete freedom in the class to follow what feels good and right for you. I celebrate individuality. Lovingly be yourself and follow what your body wants and desires.
The word Yoga means union, to become one with. I invite you to become fully yourself during these session. And honour your expression of each posture.
